The first weeks, it is important that the intensity is not less than 2 classes per week. Ideally 3 times a week. After the first weeks, the intensity is adjusted. Later, I advise you to join group tango lessons in addition to individual lessons , in order to check how ready you are to dance with partners of different levels.
